What Will Be Covered:
Skills and process of mediation. Role-play in community, business and workplace cases. Develop communication, relationship building, interest-based negotiation & conflict resolution skills.

Credit:
CEU credit for MFT’s, LCSW’s and attorneys [additional $150 fee required] – This course meets the qualifications for 36 hours of continuing education credit for MFT’s and/or LCSW’s as required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences, PCE #4295 and for 36 MCLE credits including 1 in legal ethics by the California State Bar, provider #10719. [Policy on refunds in cases of nonattendance: Full refund less $20 fee for cancellations by students up to May 6, 2014. No refunds for cancellation or nonattendance after May 6, 2014].
